Good soil

Good Soil Production + Management LLC is a production and artist management company that produces musical and theater performances and manages musical artists. Good Soil works within the music sector to produce original performance art, handling booking, producing, marketing, and curating works that help to showcase and amplify the contributions of underrepresented voices. Artist management offerings included artist development, branding, marketing, touring, booking, merchandising, management, etc.

Good Soil works to amplify and support Black artists along with those voices that have not traditionally fit the established model. We work with artists and theatrical productions that are eclectic, unconventional, and allow for the artist's authentic voice to be heard.

Good Soil centers the Black voice and cultural aesthetic, even as it interacts with other cultural influences. Their artists come from a background in Western Classical and Opera, yet bring differing experiences that expand what is traditionally presented.Their works expound upon the standard repertoire, spotlighting artists and productions that question and disregard common practice. Good Soil is about creating a more expansive living and breathing art form by platforming artists who are infusing their own lived experiences and cultural perspective into their work. The current roster consists of performers and content creators, including Babatunde Akinboboye, aka The HipHopera Guy, and Madelyn Brene, the voice of Trap Opera.
